Processing Time:

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process. Once your order has been processed you will be notified by email and, if payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

Pick up:

Unfortunately, at this time Classy Bee Gifts does not offer pick up.

Hand Delivery:

Hand delivery is available only in the Hamilton and surrounding areas. Hand delivery offers flat rate shipping prices, no matter what product you order. The prices are as follows;

Zone 1 - Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Burlington, & Waterdown - $7.95
Zone 2 - Oakville, Brantford, & Grimsby - $8.95
Zone 3 - Mississauga, Brampton, & Etobicoke - $9.95

Regular Ground Shipping:

Regular ground shipping is available for Canadian orders. Regular ground shipping is delivered with either Canada Post or UPS. The prices for regular ground shipping are displayed in the table below.

Express Shipping:

If you need your order delivered with faster processing and delivery times express shipping is the answer. Express hand delivery is an extra $10.00, and express shipping with a courier is an extra $20.00. These prices are for express shipping within Canada.

Shipping Time:

The shipping time will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time for hand delivery is 1-2 business days, and with courier is 2-10 business days. These shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order. You will be notified by email of the actual estimated shipping time for your order once your order has been shipped.

The shipping time for express shipments will also vary depending on you location. Normal express shipping time for hand delivery is 1 business day (including processing time), and with courier is 2-6 business days (including processing time).

International Shipping:

For international shipments, your shipping fee and shipping time will be quoted once your order has been received. Unfortunately express service is not available for international shipping, which is why Classy Bee Gifts process and ship all international orders within 1 business day.

Classy Bee Gifts is not responsible for any duties and taxes that are charged to you due to passing through customs.
